About me

I was born and raised in the Baden region—and I still feel at home here today. I find strength and clarity in nature—whether it’s sports, walks, or simply being outdoors. People and their stories inspire me. It gives me great joy and fulfillment to accompany people—whether in one-on-one conversations or in a team setting—as they journey and grow. During my time as a leader, I experienced firsthand how honest reflection and strong support can foster courage and unlock possibilities. It’s now my passion and profession to come alongside others as they seek to take leadership in their own lives and careers.
